Traditionnal Thaï Massage

Inspired by yoga, Indian Ayur Vedic massages, and influenced by Chinese medicine, the origins of Thai Massage are dated back to about 2,500 years.

Traditionally practiced and taught in the temples (Wat), the most famous of which is Wat Po in Bangkok, Thaï massage is an integral part of preventive Buddhist medicine and healing art.

The Thaï massage is practiced on the floor, on a thin and ferm mattress, the patient being dressed in loose fitting clothes.

It consists of series of more or less strong thumbs and palms pressures along "energy tracks", extensive body movements and stretches.

Rhythm and breathing are very important elements of this massage for which, from toes to the top of the skull, (almost) the entire body comes in.

We can not count the benefits of this most complete massage, and although sometimes approaching the limits of "exquisite pain", you will feel an incomparable relaxation, both physical and moral, your flexibility will be improved, tensions and toxins will be released from your muscles, and you will enjoy a very pleasant sensation of lightness and freedom.

Thaï massage requires a 75 minutes session.
